At long last we have initiated a bio-remediation project for our wash water. The water that comes off our process has been often discussed, sometimes argued over, and never acted upon, until now.

New String Band

Girl Mark just posted a comment to a recent entry “The Price of Fuel,” which startled me. It had a link to some TDI message board that was apparently ignited by my suggestion that fuel should be 7.00 per gallon.

The other day a vendor requested an SIC code for Piedmont Biofuels. That’s a “Standard Industrial Classification” system that OSHA or someone put together. Off I went in search of what we are.

The Price of Fuel

The price of biodiesel just went up. Just as everyone is clamoring for cheap fuel. Our phones are ringing off the hook, not out of interest in renewables, but from pressure from petroleum pricing.
